Understanding Personality – knowing how you are ‘hard wired’ can greatly improve all areas of life. Based on psychological type and temperament, Linda facilitates a fun and insightful exercise of self-discovery. But she doesn’t leave it there; Linda provides concrete opportunities to apply your learning to everyday life. Laugh, grow, and learn about yourself.

Personal S(trengths) W(eaknesses) O(pportunities) and T(hreats) – the use of SWOT analysis in business is common practice, but applying these concepts to the individual provides a unique opportunity for personal growth. Identify your own strengths and see how they assist you in success. Identifying your weaknesses allow you to recognize areas that require assistance. Opportunities come from your strengths and should be cultivated. Threats are those areas where your weakness can really hurt you and so you identify these areas with the intention of decreasing their impact on your life.

Determining Values, Needs, and Priorities – knowing who and what matters most to you is critical in designing your life.  Linda provides a powerful set of exercises that encourage you to identify your core values and needs; then encourages you to prioritize these items so you are focusing on the right things and better equipped to make the right choices with time and effort.

Improving Communication Skills – it seems so simple; we do it every day, yet effective communication skills are tricky to master. In this workshop, Linda focuses on two of the most essential communication skills to improve: listening and asking questions. When you improve in these two skills you will see significant improvement in how you relate and respond to others. This workshop is not to be missed.

Coping with Change and Transition – What is your reaction when you hear that change is coming? Do you smile or grimace? Many people do not like change and yet it has been said that change is the only constant. Linda’s workshops provide you with an understanding of what change is and how the psychological transition process is more difficult to manage than the actual change. Find out how you can equip yourself to cope better with change and transition.

Handling Challenging Life Situations – Not everything always turns out the way we thought it would; there is death, divorce, disease, and disappointment. Learn tips and techniques to better handle what life throws at you.  Understand the power of being resilient.

Purpose, Mission, and Vision (personal and professional) – Whether you need to understand the purpose, mission, and vision for your business or your life, Linda’s workshop will give you the tools and the time to craft a few statements that you can use as an anchor when life toss you around. Understand the difference between these three terms and then create powerful statements to live by.

Goals and Action Plans (personal and professional) – Goals are the ‘what’ of life and action plans are the ‘how’. Goals help you to focus your time and energy in productive ways. Action plans help you to know how to achieve your goals and in what order. Linda provides the foundational understanding of the power of goals and action plans, then gives you time to craft a strategy for your own personal and/or professional life.

All workshops are 2 hours in length and content material is provided as part of the workshop fee.
